1. Who We Are
BRS Management ("BRS," "we," "us," or "our") is a subsidiary of ABLE Experience Project LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit brs.management (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, phone number, email address, company name (optional), inquiry type, and the content of your message. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and your subscription preference. If you correspond with us by email, phone, or social media, we collect whatever you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and access timestamps. This may include an approximate geographic location derived from your IP address.
Information from third parties. If you connect with us through a social media platform, partner venue, artist representative, or booking agency, we may receive your contact details and the context of your inquiry from that source.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health data, or precise geolocation) through the Site.

6. How We Share Information
We share personal information in the following circumstances:
Service providers. We use third parties to operate our business, including Wix (website hosting, forms, email marketing, and infrastructure) and analytics providers. These parties may only process your information on our instructions.
Business partners. Where necessary to respond to your inquiry, we may share your contact details and the substance of your request with artists on our roster, venue operators, hospitality groups, or promoters relevant to the engagement you are pursuing.
Corporate affiliates. We may share information with ABLE Experience Project LLC and its other subsidiaries for administrative and operational purposes.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
7. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business relationship, and thereafter for three years for recordkeeping, legal, and dispute resolution purposes. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe, plus a reasonable period to honor your opt-out. Technical and analytics data is typically retained for 24 months.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Rights
We honor the privacy rights described below for all visitors, regardless of where you live.
Ohio, where we are organized, has not enacted a comprehensive consumer privacy statute. Ohio law does govern our handling of security incidents involving personal information, including the breach notification requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, Section 1349.19, with which we comply. Residents of states that have enacted comprehensive privacy laws, and residents of the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, have the additional statutory rights described below.

10. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at info@brs.management and we will delete it.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, and venue or artist pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before providing information.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
